Get ready to move, play, and grow at Hi-Five Training Camp at LaSalle! Designed for kids ages 3-5, this exciting summer program runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 3 PM at LaSalle Language Academy, focusing on developing the fundamental skills young athletes need to thrive.

Through fun, structured activities, campers will build motor skills, coordination, balance, and confidence while learning the basics of various sports. Our expert coaches use age-appropriate games and drills to help kids improve running, jumping, throwing, catching, and kicking, all while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for staying active.

What is the age requirement for the camp?

Our sports camp is designed specifically for children aged 3 to 5 years old.

What do kids do for lunch at camp?

You have the option of sending your child with a packed lunch or purchasing hot lunch through Marlas Lunch

How long is each camp day?

The camp day runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Is my child required to have previous sports experience?

No experience is necessary! Our camp is designed to introduce young children to sports in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive environment.

What measures are in place to ensure my child's safety?

Safety is our top priority. We ensure: Low camper-to-coach ratios for close supervision All equipment is age-appropriate and well-maintained First aid kits are readily available Coaches are trained first aid

What happens if my child feels unwell during camp?

If a child appears unwell, we will contact parents right away. We ask that children who are sick stay home to prevent the spread of illness.

Are there emergency procedures in place?

Yes, we have clear emergency protocols for situations such as severe weather, medical emergencies, and lost-child scenarios. Staff members conduct regular safety drills.

What if my child gets tired or overwhelmed?

We provide plenty of breaks, and our coaches are trained to recognize when a child needs rest. The goal is to make camp fun, not overwhelming!

What happens in case of bad weather?

We will move activities indoors. Parents will be notified of any changes in advance.

What activities will my child participate in?

Campers will enjoy a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities, including: soccer, football, basketball, t-ball, floor hockey, obstacle courses, basic movement and coordination tag games, and soo much more!

Are snacks and water provided?

Yes, snacks and water are provided whether you pay for the catered lunch program or not.

What should my child bring to camp?

Please send your child with: Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a change of clothes.

Who are the camp coaches?

Our coaches attend our extensive training and camp orientation, and have experience in early childhood education and sports instruction. All staff members are background-checked .

How do you handle injuries?

If a minor injury occurs, our Nurse will administer basic first aid and notify parents. For anything more serious, we will contact emergency services and parents immediately.

How do you ensure children are hydrated and protected from the sun?

We have scheduled water breaks throughout the day. Parents are encouraged to apply sunscreen before camp, and we reapply as needed (with parental permission). Activities are adjusted based on weather conditions, with indoor and shaded areas for cooling down.

Will my child be supervised at all times?

Absolutely! Children are never left unattended, and we maintain a safe, structured environment throughout the camp.

Can parents stay and watch?

Parents are welcome to observe during designated times. However, we encourage independence to help children develop confidence and social skills.
